Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order we are unable to fulfil, with a full refund. Processing times are estimates and may vary with order volume.

Custom pieces

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun. We will confirm all specifications in writing before starting work.
