You'll receive a short, optional intake form with the basics about your situation and what you're hoping to achieve. This isn't a sales qualifier. It's preparation, so your stylist arrives already caring.
The appointment itself
Unhurried. Your stylist will ask questions, listen, and give you honest guidance. Even if that means recommending you take more time before deciding.
After
You'll receive a follow-up email summarising what was discussed and any next steps. If you need more time or have further questions, we're always reachable.
