Because our pieces are customised and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on delivered orders.
Manufacturing defects
If your piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@mazeltovhair.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a description of the issue and photographs.
Validated defects will be eligible for a replacement. Items showing signs of wear, including brushing, washing, combing, cutting, or any alteration, cannot be returned.
Before you order
If you have any uncertainty about your order, please book a concierge appointment before purchasing. We would rather take the time to find the right piece for you than have you receive something that doesn't work.
